What is Building Contracting?
Building commitment covers the construction of a building from scratch on an empty land on behalf of real and legal persons. Structures such as schools, hospitals and villas are built in this way. A suitable design is created for whatever purpose the building will be used. By making a commitment, the company that will carry out the construction promises to fulfil its obligations regarding the work in question.
Building commitment procedures;
- Preparation of the project,
- Determination of the cost of discovery,
- Determination of the pricing method,
- Deciding on the bidding method and
- It consists of the stages of putting the project out to tender.
After the tender is finalised, a contract is made with the company that receives the tender. This agreement, known as the construction contracting contract, is made taking into account the laws. The contract is signed between the tender authority and the contractor. If there is more than one contractor, it is signed by all partners. Unless specified in writing, the contract does not need to be registered or approved by a notary public.
